Working In Partnership

Lexicon has won Gold for ‘Best Partnership Scheme’ at the prestigious WhatHouse? awards, celebrating the joint venture with Clarion Housing Group. Read more below

Lexicon

WhatHouse is a property portal for new builds providing customers with a range of private and affordable homes for sale and expert advice on buying new build properties. The awards they organise are one of the industry’s largest annual events with developers competing from across the United Kingdom.
The Lexicon took home the ‘Best Partnership Scheme’ Gold Award, highlighting our drive to develop outstanding partnerships. Lexicon is Islington’s tallest residential tower – rising to 117m – which delivered 35% affordable homes and kick-started the regeneration of City Road, opening it up to the City Basin and Regent’s Canal. The partnership with Clarion Housing Group was naturally compatible, with our shared commitment to delivering high-quality, mixed-tenure schemes.
Keith Exford, Group Chief Executive at Clarion Housing Group commented: “Mount Anvil shares our vision for building high quality homes and sustainable communities. We are delighted to have worked with them on two Joint Venture developments.”
Killian Hurley, Chief Executive at Mount Anvil commented: “We are thrilled that Lexicon and Dollar Bay have been once again recognised for their design excellence and lasting legacy for London. Our repeat partnerships with Clarion Housing Group and One Housing Group and have both been incredibly successful, delivering outstanding mixed-tenure homes for London.”
The judges’ report stated, “While the elevations and public environment immediately impress, perhaps even more striking are the interiors of the apartments, particularly in the tower, where the floor-to-ceiling windows provide stunning views and the open-plan interiors are of exceptional quality.”
